12oz Ribeye Steak 1/5 (I ordered medium rare but it came out way too tough and chewy. Fatty portion of steak was rock hard. Gave up after I'd eaten about a third) Fries 5/5 Salad 3/5 Service 5/5 I stopped by here while on business. Overall I'll give it a 3 star experience. I ate my fill of fries and salad but left the rest of my steak for the garbage can. Pretty disappointed in that part of my visit. The service was very very friendly. If only the cooks would've taken a little more care into cooking the steak right it would've been a great experience overall. The staff earned my 3 stars. Unfortunately I'll pass up on visiting this location on my next business trip to Hermiston.

I appreciate an eatery that can keep the simple things simple, but do those things very well. I had the Cuban today, and this is a sandwich rarely fails to please. I hold yours near the top of that list. First off, your pulled pork was great. Not dry. Great flavoring letting the pork do some of the lifting. Light on the stone ground mustard was appreciated as it was an added layer and didn't distract from the rest of your sandwich. Really a great sandwich. I'll be back.

My experience was great. I usually like to go to hops and drop on my days off and Robin was my waitress as she was phenomenal, she remembered Exactly what I ordered last time which proved to me she Surely does Attend her customers well. super friendly and great with recommendations loved the environment. The restaurant and drinks are great, but her customer service was amazing and for sure I will continue coming in. Thank you so much for such a great experience. I hope gets the credit she deserves as she did, amazing !

One of my favorite Moscow gems! I brought my friend who lives out of town and she was in love! She’s GF, and she loved the selections on the menu. The market side salad was her favorite (wish they fried their fries in a separate fryer for GF options though!) and her burger was the perfect amount of spice for her! I had THE BEST chicken burger I have EVER had in my life ! It was one of the rotating weekly sandwiches and it was a Korean BBQ chicken sandwich with cucumber, pickled carrots, and a sesame aioli. Let me tell you - this needs to be a staple on their menu! Tons of seating and friendly staff! Update (9/3): Back again. Got the Market Salad (large) for carry out. Again, soooooo good. I’m obsessed with their Market Salad: goat cheese, spring mix + arugula, apples, candied nuts, light creamy dressing. I want this every night of my life.

Placed a Togo order. Got home and my burger was messed up. Called and spoke with Sam. She immediately offered to correct my burger and have it delivered to me! The gentleman who dropped it off let me know it was made to perfection and also gave me a new order of fries! Way above and beyond and the food was hot, fresh and delicious! 10/10 stars!

I’ve been to Open Door three times now and each visit is fabulous. Getting reservations is a must and they are not open as late as I would expect but the effort to eat here is definitely worth it. There is an art gallery in front with the restaurant in back and there is also a beautiful courtyard with more art that is accessible when there weather is nicer. The restaurant is very small and the menu is seemingly limited but the service is first rate and we have always found great dinner options as well. Prices are a bit high compared to other places in Sisters but none are as good as Open Door. Perfect for a quiet family dinner or a date night if you are in the area. Definitely coming back soon. Can’t give an honest opinion on food, service, or atmosphere as the place has been closed for a month according to the guy at the atomic gas station. Our condolences regarding your loss, but if i may be so bold as to suggest that maybe you go in google and change the hours of your establishment to “temporarily closed” so that two folks don’t ride 6 miles on their bicycles from the Loves to have a couple cold ones and shoot some stick.

Ordered nachos, absolutely the worst ever had ate 2 bites and had no interest in eating any more. Cold in the middle under cooked top cheese not even melted. Chicken wings were ok

This place is nothing like it was. Look at photos of the food alone, and you will know how far they have fallen, unfortunately. Expensive drinks all round and heavy priced food with lower portions. Look at a hamburger from 7 years ago in the photos and look at one now... and they have virtually no chicken, which was one of their best items. They feel like a cheap, streamlined bar as compared to the cool rustic hole in the wall kinda bar that they used to be. I've heard the old owners were not nice people, so sadly, I guess being mean means better quality food and cheaper drinks. They have fallen far is all I'm saying don't go thinking you're going to get the kinda stuff they used to have. No shade toward the new owners or staff, but man, it's disappointing. And if it's busy, good luck having anyone ask you if you need a drink or anything without having to flag a lady down like 2 or 3 times in an hour. If you eat here and drink modestly, you will go home about between 50 and 100 dollars per person. Also, the staff seem to not like hearing talking or being compared to the old staff and owners like it bothers them.... it o ly bothers them because we all like their stuff more even if I've heard they were not nice people. Enough of my ranting. I'm just sad to see them suffer so much when they used to be a true burbank gem.
