Became the nation’s sixth Certified Development Strategist in 2004
Certified by US Army Corps of Engineers as a Construction Quality Control Manager
Served as architect on over 2,700 challenging and widely diverse projects nationwide
Relevant experience includes technical assistance to San Diego Unified School District for over 200 HCD-approved modular structures
Nationwide experience with regulatory agencies, including code interpretation and coordination with California State Fire Marshal for validation of code deviations
Strong working knowledge of municipal codes on zoning issues and interpretations
Extensive knowledge of local, state and national building codes
Invented the world’s first and only Modern, modular tipi using composite building systems.

Randal Ehm is an innovator in the modular industry. His pioneering work in launching MMP created an international approach to factory-built modular construction, with factories in the US and Canada and a service area of North America. The MMP Business Model served as the foundation for his launch of ModdLiving and GenNEXTMods as well.
