Always a pleasure to visit, friendly staff. Very attentive. Selection was wonderful. Pretzels with beer cheese and their fresh chips were both perfect.

The best way to do this is in a list. The hostess was unaware of how long happy hour was. A brand new server was placed in the bar area as a server on his first day with no support. It was 5:40 when we sat down in the bar area and didn’t get seen until a little after 6. 6 was when happy hour ended. Our server chase came and apologized for the wait as he was brand new. He took our drink and food order in and we waited another 30 minutes and for 4 people to get 1 drink and an appetizer each. Again, Chase had no support. Our drinks arrived with two people ordering margaritas that that were two different colors and had two different tastes, then another person ordered a happy hour strawberry lemonade carafe from the bar menu. Which should have been a carafe of a liquor infused drink. When it finally arrived it was a virgin child’s drink. We personally approached the bartender (Joe) and he aggressively held up a carafe in the air and said “this is what you ordered and it’s for two people”. This told us that our order was changed against what we ordered by the staff and not by the customer. Joe then came over and basically blamed Chase that he was “busy and working through stuff” while Joe was barely behind the bar and not helping, rather just blaming. When we arrived there were serval tables that verbally warned us before we ordered that it was a train wreck. This is of no fault of chase but rather lack of support, training and teamwork from the other members working that day. This needs to be better and to retain employees there needs to be a better system in place

The crown jewel of rock island. Ice cubes are cold are the drinks are wet. Had a great time from what I remember. Necks were red

The food was great. The spicy Monte Cristo was really good. The breakfast pizza was great. The chicken and waffles were good but a little greasy. The biscuits and gravy were really good. All the food portions were too large, so I recommend sharing. The Green Mary and Bloody Marry were very tasty. We had great service and we had a party of 12.

Thank you Dillan and Cameron the owners for their tasting yesterday. Their Syrah is great, and their Rose’ is on the sweet side which makes for a nice dessert wine. Check out our podcast for more details.

Nestled along the scenic drive into Terrebonne, Oregon, Pump House Bar and Grill offers a delightful dining experience that beautifully combines atmosphere and quality service. Upon arrival, we were graciously welcomed by our beautiful waitress, who seated us outdoors under a cheerful umbrella, allowing us to bask in the warm sunshine while enjoying the picturesque views of flowers, sage and twisted trees. Our waitress took our orders with impeccable precision, making sure to clarify any preferences and offer recommendations. It was evident that she was well-versed in the menu, which set a positive tone for our meal. True to her word, our food arrived promptly and exactly as promised, further enhancing our dining experience. I opted for the Lunch Combo, an incredible deal at just $12. The soup and salad were both fresh and flavorful, showcasing the kitchen's commitment to quality. The soup (clam chowder) was rich and comforting, perfectly complementing the crisp, vibrant salad (Cesar). Each bite was a reminder of the care and attention put into the dishes. Overall, Pump House Bar and Grill exceeded my expectations with its friendly service, great food, and beautiful outdoor setting. It’s a fantastic spot for a casual lunch or a leisurely afternoon in the sun. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu!

They say they are dog friendly. I was walking down the block shopping with my family and my parents had their little dog with them. The only guy working there gets out of his car at stats in on my dad about a pile of poop on the side walk. He said he watched us walk by and we left the poop but he didn’t see the dog poop. So how does that work. He said that he just swept outside but the side walk was covered in sunflower seeds and cigarette butts. I will never support a business who treats people this way.
