Jimmy is a skunk. Took my $3500 4 months ago and won’t return calls and invents a new excuse every month or so if I am fortunate enough to hear back. I am currently going after his bond for restitution for lack of performance. Buyer beware.
They charged my neighbor 12 thousand dollars to haul a 50 ft mobile home and they were suppose to set it up and get it inspected . He cant pull anymore permits in Marion county Florida because he has to many unfinished jobs and to many complaints against him . Besides being charging double what this should cost she still has not had the home inspected . And she gave him the last of her savings to do this job . He did put it on her property after over a month but has not finished the job

H & S moved our mobile home and were very accommodating. The person who bought our house had scheduling issues and they worked with us to make sure our old mobile was out if the way in time for our new home. Lauren is the best, she always answered our calls and kept things moving. The transport guys were great as wel. Highly recommend this company.

We just experienced the worst unprofessional service I have ever experienced! They failed an inspection by our county building department and they had to come back out and fix their mistakes. They showed up in a Nissan Altima car and I didn’t judge but was grateful for them doing their job. We never spoke to them at all and for no reason the boys, not men, wrote FU on the piers with mud. I wish nothing but the best for this boys.

I highly recommend this company to all who are looking for a friendly, reliable, trustworthy, professional company to help with your mobile home set up needs and permits. My experience with H&S has been 100% satisfied! Lauren answered all my questions, she responded to all my calls, and messages, she called me as soon as any permits became complete to keep me on schedule to make sure my mobile home would be ready by the time I needed. Lauren handled all my permits, she went over and beyond! The crew that set up my mobile home worked hard and made sure the job was right the first time.. I Highly recommend ? ? ? ????
