Signed a contract with them in late February/March 2023 for new mobile home setup. Foundation that had contracted out - still isn't complete after they told us it was all set and ready for setup once they returned back in the office the week of January 8th- we will be out on the schedule during this time. Contractor they hired for the foundation never completed the job - couldn't get a cement truck - never hear word of this until today - January 8th. They don't know when the contractor is returning or if they are going to complete the job. Office staff turnover and the owner can't even communicate any of the mishaps with his customers! He's also out on vacation!!!

They ripped us off 6,500. Not to mention they continued to blow off our phone calls for months with so many bogus excuses on why they weren’t getting the job done. They will take your money and overcharge you then not give you your money back. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with!! BEWARE!! They are crooks!

HORRIBLE COMPANY! Owner Kai will not ever talk with you - only get his office staff. Ensured once our home was delivered the home would be setup/complete with 2-3 weeks... WE ARE GOING ON MONTHS! Cleanup not done - home isn't level, and they haven't completed the job! NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR

We are currently 8 months into my homes move. Dont use this company! I paid $12,000 and they have not finished the job.
They bent the beams under my home in the transit. Which would have been fine but they were refusing to fix it even though we have a contract. I caved and 2 months ago I had to pay another $1500 for their welder to come out and try to make the mobile home, mobile again, (this did not fix the beans). So that then it could be placed on its dirt pad. The welder finished 2 weeks ago. Statewide is now not responding to calls or emails. not even to let me know if they have just been busy. It is hurricane season and my home is in the driveway of the property and not leveled or strapped down. They dont care. They have left my home for 8 months in a condition where it is getting water damage daily and I am unable to do anything about it until the home is moved.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The worker and the trailer they were moving damaged my mailbox and all the stakes lining my yard. They could have easily rang my door bell and asked me if I could have moved something in my yard. Better yet they could have parked the big trailer they had parked across from my property that was blocking the street to the other street then my property would not have got tore up. They ruin my $100 mailbox and my stakes that I had lining my yard. They ran them over as if it was nothing and that other peoples property does not matter. I have contacted the company and have heard nothing back. I guess they didn’t realize my property had cameras. I guess they thought they could just tear up my property and no one could prove it. The house they were going to is five house up no need for my property to get messed up.
