Looked a little bleak from the road, but was completely the opposite. The pizza is cooked with wood in a brick oven and was really good. The staff were very nice and attentive. Emma was sweet and efficient. We all had the lunch combo that came with an individual pizza and salad. Nice selection of microbrews on tap.
Went back again a few days later. There were five of us again. The gal remembered what beer everyone had previously ordered and what food we had ordered too! I think her name was Brittany. (Which shows how lame my memory is) Everything was great again.
The pizza was nice, but quite small for the price. Unfortunately, the gnocchi was very bland and lacked flavor. Having traveled all over Europe, including Italy, I found the food to be below average in comparison. The service was slow, though I understand they were short-staffed. I also ordered an alcoholic beverage, which was over $8, and found it to be just average. While the staff were friendly and hardworking, the food could use some improvement—especially larger pizzas to better reflect the cost."

Hoptown was an amazing experience from start to finish. As soon as I stepped in it smelled like absolute heaven. The wait for a table was reasonable for the time of day. It was a little loud and the kids got a bit overwhelmed inside, our server, Lily was attentive and personable and allowed us to move to an outside table with no problem. The drinks were excellent, the pizza was incredible, the building is beautiful and has that small town hidden in the mountains feeling, while still being easily accessible.
The outside is adorable and they even have a little stage for events! All in all, 10/10 experience HIGHLY RECOMMEND for family dinner night. Definitely worth the time it takes for the food to cook. Their cookies are the size of my FACE! Just WOWZA!
Will definitely be back! ?

Seriously great "off the chain" pizza! It's worth the drive and is a local secret. Hop Town WFP is creative with taste and high in quality. The pies are large and crust is perfect (I'm not a crust lover) not too tough and chewy. Service is exceptional and helpful. The ambiance reminds me of restaurants in the deep southern USA with the focus on the groceries and character in the building. We have had New York pizza, Chicago pizza and like Hop Town Wood Fired Pizza the best without all the grease. A local fav. Bon appetito and salud.

Really great pizza! Get one literally any way you want it. Friendly staff that took great care of our group. No hard liquor but beers and a tasty “margarita-type” drink Cup comes cold and can be slippery. Ask for the “sippy cup”
