When I purchased my home 2 years ago there were many cracks in all the rooms in the corners and where the ceilings joined the walls and have gotten continually worse over time. I have contacted them on numerous occasions to repair them. They have ceased returning my calls and emails on this matter. You would think they’d stand behind their product and workmanship. This problem would be soooo easy for them to repair and make it right. This is a huge investment for anyone. Good customer service should continue after the product is sold. This is what differentiates a business that’s good from a bad one. I would give them a minus 5 stars if I could but I had to give it a 1 star for them to post my review!
I would like to give a big shoutout and thankyou to Alex and his helper for the fantastic job they did on the warranty work they did last week for my wife and I . They were very professional and listened to all of our concerns. They spent 2 days here and completed all the tasks we had asked them to they even noticed a few things we didn't know about and took care of them too. Heck they even pumped up my wheelbarrow tire for me what a great couple of guys. To top it all off when they left you wouldn't know anyone had been working here. Also a big thanks to Natalie she assured us that our concerns would be taken care of and they were within a week. All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend U S Mobil to everyone

So apparently these guys work exclusively for Homes Direct in Tucson, but they won't tell you that. Very disappointed trying to have them do work for us. The loan fell through, so we are buying a home cash from another home supplier, contacted us mobile, then got the phone call from homes direct but their homes were $20k-30k higher. Venise with homes direct informed me that us mobile works exclusively for them, so confused they need a website. Also U S Mobile tried to bill us for DPS escort when our double wide was under the ADOT width/height/length for needing DPS escorts.

Great axles and tires, even helped me load them! Family company, and they have the best customer service once you come meet them at the yard! Would recommend 110%!

This team is top notch in our book. Professional and friendly, courteous and respectful.
This was our first purchase of a manufactured home and we were not educated on the entire process. We asked the US Mobile team so many times for updates and was responded to almost immediately. Never was there a cross word or communication that would lead one to think these kind people were getting annoyed. This crew allowed us to keep knowledgeable and educated us on the process. Thank you for your thoughtfulness.
