Poorly managed. The bar was packed and they had a rock ‘n’ roll band setting up, but they had one server for the entire bar! Although she was running to try to serve people, she simply couldn’t keep up.There appeared to be other employees there, no one stepped up to help her. Probably one of the worst experiences for service I’ve had in a long long time, but at the end, I felt sorry for the server who simply was working her ass off, but couldn’t serve an entire bar with one server. My cordon bleu was fine, but my wife’s fish and chips were frozen store-bought and mediocre at best.

This used to be a fun bar. It still could be.
You charge 12.00 for a Jack on the rocks. That's the price at a fine dining restaurant where they don't care if they sell a drink. It's Saturday night, labor day weekend, you have live music,?, and your bar is for the most part, empty. I've been going to Del Red for years. You did a great job on the bathrooms. Sorry, people don't go out for the bathrooms and they don't want to pay 50% more for drinks even if you have a ok garage band.
I've also noticed the owners post thank you for the glowing reviews on reviews that were poor.
Sounds kinda strange, like they even care.

100 degree weather and the BEST margarita in Soap Lake? Easy 5 star from me! Great staff, nice and cold AC, love this place :-)

Heat prices. The other food looked great. People were nice. The whipsaw Amber beer is really good. Shoestring Fries are bomb with the fry-sauce. The burger was so greasy it was beyond edible. I asked for Swiss and cheddar and was given Swiss only. The patty was well done. The bun was overbearing and soggy because of the grease. Would definitely come back and try something else.

Fun place to play pool. A great "watering hole" in this dry climate of heat. The staff is friendly and the restaurant aria looks nice. Next time I go out to eat I'll have to try there food.
