I ran a two day team breakthrough session at Suttle Lake Lodge & Boathouse and it was the perfect choice. I was looking for a goldilocks venue – something remote but easily accessible, somewhere free from distractions but still high quality, somewhere the team could relax but also focus, and somewhere good value on a limited budget – and I’m delighted I found it.
My entire team (11) was able to stay in high quality accommodation and eat and drink comfortably while we also felt we were far-removed from the hustle-and-bustle of our day jobs. The Lodge’s simple but elegant aesthetic was ideal for decluttering our heads and making us feel we were somewhere special. We were able to complete a simple but stunning hike around the lake for two hours to get our creativity going before hashing out some innovative solutions to our business challenges in The Den, while sipping on delicious Backporch coffee and being very well catered to.
A few beers around the log fire in the evening was a great way to round off an enormously productive day. Highly recommended.

A very beautiful place for a family vacation with excellent cozy houses overlooking the lake. Great fishing, boat trips. Clean air and a place to enjoy nature
