Customer service is horrible! I called for a simple quote just to get an idea for future move and they were very very rude to me. I didn't want to leave my phone number because again I was only calling for a quote assuming that they could give it to me and not knowing that someone else would have to call me with that information. The person then was a complete smart ass to me ! I asked him to please note be rude to me and he then said I'm wasting his time and hung up on me. All he had to say in the first place is...he can help me with that by me providing him a phone number to give to someone else to give me the quote. Thumbs down to this company!
Tried to schedule delivery or at least find the day or week of delivery, to no success. Delivered home with no notice, only found out because they could not get the home up driveway. Then they never communicated a date when they were going to put the two sections together. Then they leveled the home without me being present (as requested). Home still has issues where it is not connected and level but they say that it is not their issue.
