This was a good place for a brew, cocktail, or a quick bite. Pub style atmosphere with large outdoor area and fire pits. Service was great and they use electronic ordering devices. Food was average pub fare but fresh prepared and they reached a little with items like hand breaded chicken strips or Korean fries that were served with kimchi. Beer was cold and delicious. Ample off street parking and patio can accommodate larger groups. Prices were reasonable. Family friendly. Another great spot in Redmond.
Best food we’ve had in a long time! Really good beer. Great customer service too. Santiago was very on top of everything! Exceptional waiter! We will be back again and again.

Best brewery in Redmond. Have not had a beer that had been bad or that tastes “dirty”. Their 2024 summer Kolsch is amazing but in reality all their beer is top notch. Food is consistent and tasty! Go, check them out if you haven’t!

I absolutely love coming to Initiative! The outdoor patio is the best place to come relax and enjoy a meal and some excellent beer. Yesterday I had their Cubano sandwich and it is wonderful. The pork was cooked just right. The mustard and pickles complement it as they should. I also had their regular fries and they are always cooked to perfection. I had to get their fry sauce as well because it is out of this world. To wash it all down I went with my favorite, the smoked lager. Their Trouble With Authority smoked lager is by far one of my favorite beers. The service is always second to none, and I really like the outdoor patio area because you can bring your dog. Even if mine is not with me at times, there is almost always other dogs there. I highly recommend visiting Initiative Brewing on a regular basis.
