This place is only enjoyable if you avoid speaking to anyone who works here. I've been here for bowling, arcade, restaurant and parties. Every interaction with employees here is painful. Especially the bearded dude with the "cool guy" attitude at the front counter. He is never nice and acts like us spending money here is an inconvenience. You might as well just save yourself a trip.
This latest trip was the worst. We came in and he said we had an hour to bowl. When we got to the table we saw the signs to order food at the front. So after getting our kids settled we tried yo order a pizza. The guy told us we had to leave the lanes at 7:30pm (which was 45 mins). So we asked if we could eat it at a table he was rude about that, so we asked if we can eat in the restaurant and he seemed exasperated by that. We were just trying to feed our childeren. So we quickly packed out food away to avoid talking to the guy. So we tried to play some games in the arcade and when we were done the guy let us know the prize counter was closed with no warning making our kids cry.
I have looked all over the website to try and find the times for closing and it says nothing about the arcade so I guess he truly just didn't want us there. We will not be coming back.

So good! Food is excellent, atmosphere in restaurant is homey and comfortable, and everyone is accommodating and nice. 5/5 would definitely recommend. New favorite place to eat with the family!

Went today for breakfast, the hostesses that sat up at our table was extremely unpleasant, didn't even say a word, slapped the menus on the table and walked away.
Waitress was pleasant, took our order and brought our drinks right away.
Food was delivered, we had chicken fried steak, hash browns and eggs.
The chicken fried steak was ok, how ever the hash browns we gross, they tasted as if they had been fried in bad cooking oil. They were over cooked, and nasty, the were chewy, and some not cooked at all.
After our food was served at our table our waitresses did not reappear until it was time to pay. Thank goodness I check to see if I had points, helped pay for the bad food, bad experience, and cheap dollar store forks.
We will not be going back.
Very disappointing.

We came here for dinner. I wanted to let anyone know that if your paying with a debit card watch what you get charged (at any location your dining in or out) I payed with my debit card left a 0 amount for a tip. I left $10.00 cash on the table for our waitress. I then find out my card was charged an extra $10.00. The food is good the wait staff is good. We ate here for dinner and breakfast. Breakfast I paid cash and left a tip and didn’t have to worry about being charged extra for a tip?? Don’t know where the $10.00 went for so I’m just guessing a tip. I’ll eat here again when I come to Pullman the food comes quick and is delicious. I give them a 4.0.

Wonderful Family Experience!
We made reservations ahead of time for a specific time slot. Our first time there. Friendly staff, clean establishment and they serve fast food and drinks as well.
I brought my former high schooler on our last night together before he heads to the Marines. We had a blast and managed to play 4 sets.
They are visible from the road, located near Pullman Regional Hospital and not too far from WalMart.
They have outdoor seating, plenty of parking including handicapped spots and the capacity to entertain groups. Any questions call ahead or go on their website. Bringing food from another establishment is strictly prohibited.
We Love this place. We will be back.
