A great addition to Prineville. Large and open air brewery that is family friendly. A bustling environment for fun while having a drink and food. 4 food trucks that can please any appetite. Large variety of beer plus cider, wine, and soft drinks. Service was friendly and fast. Ample indoor and outdoor seating. Well behaved pet friendly. Prices are as expected. Ample off street parking..
We had fun here today. We started with beer from the tap. Then we had four food trucks to buy food from: Mexican, pizza, burgers and seafood. We all picked up seafood, cod fillets, shrimp and combos. Nice day with the clear skies and enjoying the lunch with friends!

Do it if in area! You'll experience a plethora of new, distinctive, and flavorful brews! A variety of food trucks offering up pizza, Mexican, fish and chips, shrimp, burgers. Growlers, growlettes, t-shirts and gear available. Peanut butter pairs well with many things, then I came upon what I thought was an impossible combination. This is Wild Ride brewerys Nut Crusher peanut butter dark beer (of which I bought a growler after trying a pint) with characteristics of being thick, creamy, rich, smooth consistency and definitely ranks up there with Guinness. A warm, inviting, pleasant, and spacious interior and exterior seating along with a few outside fire pits that get lit in the evening sets a wonderful mood and atmosphere. The interior bay doors of the brewery open to connect the interior and exterior providing a great flow and perceptibly much larger area! Very attractive brewery/floor plan. Well done!!

Lovely brewery open till late hours with friendly staff.
Delicious food trucks outside which includes pizzas , fish and chips and burgers.
And amazing collection of the local brews and ciders.
We got the pesto chicken , baked apple cider and the peanut butter ipa.
Really good !!
Highly recommended if you are in the neighborhood

Wild Ride Brewing is awesome. Our forestry crew stopped here for some drinks and dinner during a weekday. Had great service, food, and drinks. Wild Catch (food truck) makes some great shrimp. We are coming back on Saturday for live music.
