I always enjoy getting my fish and chips here. They always come hot and are very delicious! Be on the lookout for the special halibut and chips special!

The fish and chips is really good. The batter is super tasty, fish was a tiny bit overcooked but still good. The fries are great! Kind of thick and cooked perfectly. The tartar sauce is very good. I cannot recommend the clam chowder. The flavor is good, but the potatoes were hard and have some sort of layer on them. Plus skins, which should never be in chowder. Maybe frozen potatoes? Use fresh skinned potatoes and the chowder would be good! A bit of a wait, but the ladies are very friendly.

I don't often write reviews but this place deserves some of my time and a 5 star review!
We stopped in last month before the Crooked River Roundup and were impressed. The serving sizes here were fairly large for a food truck (which in my experience is to often not the case!). We ordered 4 baskets - 2 fish, 1 shrimp, and one chicken. The fry was excellent on all with lots of flavor and spices in the batter. The tartar sauce was also very well spiced, including lots of dill. The service was great even though they were very busy before the rodeo. To boot, I met the owner and he is a stand up guy and a great addition to the Prineville community.
Go here! And the beer next door is excellent too!

Good honey stinger shrimp. Wild Ride Brewing was busy and the wait was around 20 minutes. There was a young man working who was nice and recommended the shrimp. We were not disappointed! Thank you.

Terrible customer service. This guy who said his name was Dave and said he is a manager Ignored me at the window for 5 minutes while talking to someone In the trailer, and when I tapped to get his attention to order he said “ thank you for being the rudest customer of the day.” I said that I wasn't rude I was waiting a long time to give my order, and he said I didn't know you were there. I said "that is why I tapped to get you to notice me." Then it escalated from there. (I was only two feet from him, how can he not see I was there?) He was literally attacking me verbally and telling me he was busy talking to his employee. I asked if he was the owner, and if so how could he do what he did to a customer. He said he was not the owner, that he was the manager. I said that the owner should know about this. Seriously, there is too much to write on how I was treated here and this was a terrible experience. Out of frustration I misplaced the vibration disk, I asked him for it, and he said he gave it to me. I apologized when I saw quickly I had it in my purse, and his final words to me was "Now you calling me a liar." Such behavior in trying to get waited on by a clerk whose first words to me was insulting and the last words were insulting. SERIOUSLY, no tip, but no one should be treated that way trying to get food, and I refuse to go back, and I’m telling my friends and family to avoid this place. *** For the owner, this happened today on Sunday at 6:12pm 8/21/22 and I would love to communicate with you about this horrendous experience. How the guy at the window was more annoyed by me interrupting his extensively long discussion with the other person in the food truck/trailer than to pay attention to someone waiting LONG to get waited on. ///Innocent customer abused by your employee. "This should never occur'" (the guy in the picture should be fired)
