Faster than any "fast food" restaurant. The service was exceptional and so friendly. I don't know what kahuna sauce is, but it was fantastic.

Update September 2024: went back and had the ribs and chicken clam chowder and chili, puller burger, and the mushrooms and Swiss burger. the place is still great the quality of food is top notch. We brought our family from out of town here for dinner everyone enjoyed it. The staff was awesome! I recommend to anyone to come have a meal here.
July 2024: What a real nice place. Very clean! The staff was great! The food is the best! Had the ribs and chicken wings with chili and fries I would order this again cooked to perfection. Also Thad the smothered chicken with cool slaw and a stuffed backed potato agin cooked to perfection. There was so much food on both meals and the cost wasn’t too bad either. I definitely recommend coming here and trying it out. We will be back for

What a pleasant surprise during our visit to Prineville. As soon as you walk in your senses are flooded with aromas of smoking meat. The restaurant has a warm atmosphere which is equally matched by the servers. The food was great. We had a brisket sandwich, which was super lean, and a loaded baked potato. It was an excellent experience

As I walked in the two workers standing there at the host station just stared at me. Didn’t say anything, just looked at me like I didn’t belong in their restaurant. I was wearing a bright Orange construction shirt and I looked like I just got off work, maybe that put them off? I was uncomfortable with the silence because they weren’t going to say anything, just staring. So I said, “It’s just me.” Indicating just one in my party. Lady looked annoyed then escorted me to a table.
The menu selection looked like a Applebees or TGIF’s. Nothing that says Prineville, although the decor was definitely a Prineville Applebees style.
I ordered fish and chips full well knowing the risk of oil soaked fish and fries. Yes both are cooked with oil, but the fish and fries don’t need to soak in oil for days before it’s served. This fish and chips wasn’t that bad, just a little too oil soaked, like bar food. I’ve had worse, and I’ve had better. My craving for fish and chips satisfied.
All the staff seemed to busy moving everywhere, like when you blow up a balloon, and then let it go flying all over the room.
I think this place is more a place for drinks with the some food.
I like the cooking station that was upfront. Made me feel I can trust the food here.
The atmosphere made me feel like I was somewhere I wasn’t wanted.
That’s fine, now I know.

The service was great! The steak sandwich was tasty but very difficult to eat. If the steak had been sliced before placing on the sandwich it would have been much more enjoyable to eat. Fries were crispy and delicious.
