Everyone at the Kennewick location here was great! Besides the manager there. She would be at the register 2 hours a head of time counting down. She barely helped anyone there make every employee work extra hard then her. I saw this many time but not impwith the manager I ask for some water and drinks before and she wouldn't get it but ask anyone else especially when it's not the busiest days. I thought as a manager u would be a good example for the employees and customers? She didn't even do that and I wasn't impressed how she handled things.
First night without the kids in a LONG TIME. Waited an hour for our food. The table next to us (who walked in 45 minutes after us) got their food. We were told our ticket was skipped over. We were supposed to see a movie after dinner but had to cancel because of this. Won't be back.

Unfortunately today was my last day patronizing the Dugout. The Hostess treated 2 young ladies very unprofessionally. After they walked out, I decided that the Dugout doesn’t deserve my business either. Houses in SunnyMeadows were $89,900 when I had my first drink there..Train your staff to be professional and courteous.

Very rude service from the "Boss" she called herself. We are regular customers there and she made us feel like we were some criminals for not having a debit card with our names on it, when we have always have used it there. I guess when you get a small position higher than your coworkers you start acting differently. She preferred to lose some customers than to serve us regardless her employee acknowledging us that we were regular customers. You know that we are definitely not returning there no more!! Thank you to ppl like her!

I love being at the Kennewick dugout it makes me feel comfortable and welcome especially the employees but one which is the manager. I’ve notice she would take her time on busy days instead of hustling and helping the employees out. She would watch everyone else on a busy day and when it’s not busy she would let the next person do everything for her. I don’t think it’s right how everyone they’re bust there butt and she doesn’t do much makes everyone do extra work. I ask her for some sauces and she took forever to give me them that I had to ask someone else to give me one and it wasn’t busy at all. I just didn’t like how she treats them to do her work and I felt bad. But everyone there is so wonderful and makes my experience welcome when the manager isn't there.
