The food is just okay. Pub type food. But where it really shines is the service. Our waitress was awesome.
I can't speak for the service. I haven't lived there for a long time but am planning on moving back to clarkston (rents mostly aren't crazy like western wa) but I still remember after all this time as a kid when my dad would bring their sandwiches over to the house where me, mom and sis' lived at in clarkston and with the frilled toothpicks always stands out to me my favorite was the grilled crab and swiss which was superb i remember that after all this time from the early 1970s
I'll definitely gotta try the chicken noodle soup and turkey sandwiches with the good reviews about it

Food was poorly prepared. Stuffing was sad imitation, onion rings poor quality. Meatloaf had no flavor, dry. Left feeling wasn't worth what we were charged, though waitress was good, friendly!

For starters the food was not only amazingly delicious but you got so much of it that you had to take it home. Our waitress was not only very kind but also informative. It was our anniversary and this is where we wanted to go and we are so happy with it. Will definitely be back for sure. Photo is off the pickle fries appetizer..it was truly amazing and delicious.

I recommend you eat in the bar. The atmosphere is reminiscent of the seventies. I have a wonderful house white wine. The turkey soup is rich with shreds of meat and noodles that look like they're from a lasagna. The taste is rich flavorful and the toasted bread that they give you with the soup makes dipping quite a pleasure. My wife and I each ordered a sandwich. She had the turkey and I had meatloaf. These are the biggest sandwiches I've ever had in a restaurant. They were too big to eat at one seating so we each save the other half for dinner. I recommend the curly fries over the tater tots as the serving is a bigger. After you finish eating you can walk through the door into the bowling alley and burn off those calories. Staff was very friendly and pricing was appropriate for the portions.
