3500.00 to move a single wide 3 miles and only having to travel 15 miles to do it is just ridiculous! Experience is one thing but pricing yourself out of this most simplest of jobs makes me wonder why. All I can decide on is it MUST BE ABOUT The MONEY and only the money. Thanks but no thanks. I prefer a business and their owner and employees that put people before profit.
Or at a minimum, adjust the pice model for transporting. Location, size of home, travel miles to and from home base, how much time it will take, ect…
Capture your Value Scott. I understand needing to do that.
Adjust your model to capture value according to your costs and your customers situation.
Or just do what you gotta do.
Might want to hire someone to answer the company phone too.
Why am I trying to help you ?
Because I’m not like how you handled my time spent giving you the opportunity to be hired by me and paid by me. Truthfully and respectfully, the feeling I got after speaking with talk was that you just didn’t care. It wasn’t that important. Sad really.
Hang the old hat in 30 years of experience. Might move some folks on that.
This owner does not have 30 years of handling public relations.
That will be obvious.
But I bet that he sure can hook a trailer tongue to a truck, put it in drive, transport it and unhook it, grab his money and go. Or at least that’s what he said to me.
“Thank you, that will be $3,500.00 one dollar bills”. “Good luck putting the vapor barrier, the skirting, the anchoring system in.”

This place has done nothing but give us the run around. We called and he said he could move out mobile home pretty quick. He told us two weeks ago it would be Tuesday or Wednesday, then Friday. Then he said this Monday or Tuesday. Now he is ignoring our calls.

Covid has been bad for most in last few years it has made getting stuff done and materials hard to find we strive to find the materials and the cheapest fuel possible but people don't always see the daily cost to operate equipment on the highways and the cost perform the jobs. You can't make everyone happy you can just try to make the one's that understand the impossible and the day to day stuff. I'm sorry to people that we don't make happy. Just a few pictures of home put in a hole no others would touch we spent 2 days putting this home in and from top to bottom we winched to lower in place. I invite everyone to come take a ride with use and see are day to day. Thank you for reading

Came onto my property and moved a mobile home unscheduled and without my presence or permission. Didn't even text or knock on my door. I woke up to the trailer already halfway down my driveway. They didn't notify the new owner of the home (who paid for the move) that they were moving it that day either. Left a bigger mess than necessary because it was moved before we were able to finish clearing items out of the way. Damaged the home in the process. I'm really shocked at the lack of communication and unprofessionalism.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I hired these guys. The communication was ridiculous. They did not even knock on the original home owners door to take the trailer. They threw all their things aside instead of letting them know it needed to be moved. They did not grab all the straps they needed and they scratched the hell no out of my trailer in 2 spots. I was charged $6000 for a 50 mile drive and when we asked about the damage they acted as of it was no big deal and actually got offended. I would not suggest using them if you can find someone else. I wish I could upload pictures because seriously they were not even close to professional.
