The experience of selling our home and moving our mobile home to raw land was scary. These guys not only provided us with the best service of getting our mobile
Home relocated but walked us through everything from set up to installing the septic. Benito and Margarito are extremely knowledgeable and helped us through the entire process and helped us make some of the tough decisions with some well experience knowledge.
They do it all, extremely organized, hard working, dependable, friendly service. If I could give them 6 stars I would!! I will for sure be recommending these guys to my friends and family. You will not find better service anywhere. Thank you L&S for family friendly service!!
The crew did an amazing job with the move and setup. There was nothing broken or torn up. The price was very reasonable compared to other businesses in our area. Will definitely be using them again if needed.

They went above and beyond! Came out Saturday to make sure my part was done and was here early Monday morning to move my mobile home. I’m astonished at how hard they worked and how quick they got it done. They also threw in some things with no extra charge. Very nice people too! I recommend them to everyone and you will not regret it!

They where very responsive with me, they got back to me about moving my mobile home very fast and where available to move it on short notice. They got the mobile home here safely and with no avoidable damage. The main guy in charge of everything seemed very nice and genuine.
But the reason this is a 3 star review is because they did a few things that I didn’t want and a few things that are costing me more money when it didn’t need to.
They ended up putting the trailer in a spot where I did not want it, they asked me multiple times and still didn’t put it where I had said from the get-go that I wanted it at. It was a tight spot but it wasn’t impossible, at all.
We decided that we could live with where the trailer ended up but then once we started setting up our utilities we noticed that they’ve cut our water and septic lines extremely short and jagged, the lines are so short that now we have to replace basically everything to make the connections. They did the same thing with our wiring to the pole, instead of taking the extra few seconds to unscrew the wires from the breakers they just cut them.
We bought the mobile home from an individual and their only request was that they do not cut their existing cable line/s, I called L&S and made them aware of the landowners request to not cut the cable line/s; they ended up cutting them anyway.
This may sound like I’m nit-picking but I paid good money to have this mobile home moved, and not very far; from Attalla to Attalla (20 miles or so) so I expected a little bit better service.
Overall I’m pretty disappointed with how everything turned out. We are gonna make it work because we have no choice, but they have the tools, the knowledge, and the skills to have done a better job here but the end result ultimately was a little bit sloppy. I wanted this experience to be better than it was but right now while I’m under this house trying to run septic and water lines to pipes that are cut way too short and jagged, and finding pipes missing entirely; I can’t look back and say that this was a good experience.
3 stars is only because of how nice the guy in charge of everything was.

They are some of the BEST most kind hearted, HARD working gentlemen I've ever met. They worked so hard getting our home moved yesterday and late last night in the rain and never once complained and always had a nice smile on their faces. From start to finish their work was remarkable. I highly recommend them, very honest people!! also their pricing is great and there isn't much they can't do. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.... They made it a great experience and we appreciate those guys so much. I highly Recommend them
