Came in for 2 prime rib dinners tonight to go. Prime rib was severely undercooked and cold to the touch. The baked potato was unwashed. The gralic bread was a hoggie cut in half... REALLY YA.

They weren't at the address given. It may be a great place but we didn't find it

We live full-time on the ranch and used to enjoy weekly dinners on the property. With the opening of lodge, we’ve moved to dining in Sisters. The atmosphere is fine, albeit lacking in character/warmth, but the service and food just don’t live up to the surroundings. Every 4-6 months we forget the last visit and try again, but the lodge just doesn’t do it for us. We spend $30-60 more on our bill than an equally delicious meal in town and end up feeling like we made yet another mistake visiting. Sure, the views are great, but you won’t get to enjoy in the winter and there are no other food offerings on property in the evenings. Come winter, it’s just an empty restaurant with fancy new digs and overpriced drinks. In addition, there’s no bar that is adult only like in the past-what a huge miss. We’ve given up on the lounge in the summer. If we want to eat and drink with kids running around, we’ll go to the pool/bistro. I’m a newer resident, not having come here for 20+ years like so many others, but did get to experience the lodge before remodel. The new lodge is a sterile, overpriced, and just doesn’t provide the food and service to match the surroundings. I’m all for a more modern Black Butte Ranch, but they’ve missed the mark on this one.

Where the hot rod clubs go to brag about their cars, and the golfers come tell fibs how about their scores. The food is good comfort food. The place can get loud and noisy. Mostly good old country people. I did say mostly. Great events throughout the year. Nice place to get off the beaten track and just chill out.

Stopped in for a quick bite on my way home, what a great choice. Service was outstanding, food was very good, had a tri tip dip and onion rings. the atmosphere was very relaxing. I will definitely stop there again next time I am in Richland.

Great spot in town for food, drinks, football, and it's kid friendly. Nice prices and the menu isn't so large that you can't decide what do you want to eat. Quality food that comes out hot and usually quick. The pickle bloody Mary is excellent but the well vodka is Burnett's so don't forget to ask to upgrade.

UPDATE: After receiving a "Do-Over" invite from Nick the owner, my friend and I went back to The MoonTower this evening for dinner. And let me tell you what an immensely different experience it was! We had the Full Moon Burger and the Alright, Alright Alright. The food was SPECTACULAR! The service was prompt and friendly, the cook was quick yet through with our food service and WOW!!! I can't begin to describe how phenomenal the Full Moon Burger is. Fresh, cooked perfectly and the bleu cheese bacon combo was to die for. Thank you Nick for the redo invite. We would have just chalked our last visit up to a bad meal and have never returned to enjoy the to quality food that we had this time around. We will DEFINITELY return. PREVIOUS: Tonight a friend and I decided to eat out late for dinner. We chose The Moontower because it was close, convenient and open late... Plus the menu pics looked delicious. NOT THE CASE! The service was slow and we had to get the waitress attention to order after being there for 15 minutes. Almost 30 mins later when our food arrived it was not the correct order. The food was cold and it was atrociously both burned to a crisp (the fish on the fish & chips) and soggy (the fries). It's about the worst meal I've ever had and we won't be eating there again

Update 11/2024. Back open and clean throughout. Maybe under new ownership. Things are still good. I'll go back if I'm looking for Chinese food in Prineville. This was a great local spot for fresh Chinese food. All food was prepared fresh and was tasty. Service was fast and friendly. The décor was light and very clean. Prices were fair for the portions you get and you'll likely take some home.

Hidden Gem with Big Flavors and Cozy Vibes! If you’re looking for the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal, this is it. The restaurant’s blend of modern style with that welcoming, small-town charm makes it a standout. My go-to is the breakfast burrito with ham and hollandaise—it’s always spot-on and never disappoints. And in the mornings, you’ll sometimes catch a gentle, smoky aroma wafting in from their on-site smoker, which adds a unique touch you won’t find anywhere else. It’s that big-city flavor with a down-to-earth feel that keeps me coming back.
