This place is amazing. Great drinking options and Fat Pats kitchen is amazing. The Reuben, egg salad sandwich and chicken salad was amazing. Will be back with friends.

This place has a lot of potential, but there are some things that need improving. We ate here tonight, November 29th and got here around 6:30 and did not receive our food for another hour and a half. Our waitress would often not come to our table, instead having the bartender fill in and run around for us. We ordered drinks that our server informed us were unavailable, but when the bartender heard what drinks we ordered they were able to make said drink. The type of liquor we requested was also not what we were given, adding an extra $4 per drink that we weren’t made aware of. The food was good, though the salad had next to no dressing. The fries were really good, and the drinks that the bartender could make us were also very good. Again with it being so new and a weekend at that, I’m sure there are things that will improve with time, but watching others get served food when they walked in half an hour after us was a little disheartening.

Nice little spot in downtown Redmond. Good selection of drinks - non alcoholic, beer, cider, & cocktails so something for everyone. Atmosphere was relaxed and had a selection of board games to choose from as well if you wanted to chill and hang out. Would recommend if looking for something low fuss with good service.

I go here every time I visit Central Oregon. Their everyday price on their pints are less than the other breweries. Atmosphere is great no matter the time of year. Indoor and outdoor, which have fire pits going when it’s cold. They have a great selection of staple beers. Especially enjoy the Vanilla Cream ale and 3 Sisters Red. This is my Happy Place!

Within 15 minutes of my initial review, the owner responded. I don't just "give" a 5th star here, it has to be earned. Taking a quick moment to personally respond to my observations is great customer relations, so here's that 5th star. (I'll be looking for that dessert menu?) Original Review: It's an open area style pub with pretty decent food. The service was a bit on the slow side, and we got here before a rush. It took almost 25 minutes for sweet potato fries and nachos, but the nachos were pretty much worth the wait. My brother had a pint of Hoppy Habit and gave it a 4. There is no dessert here, so fellow fluffy people plan something else in that department??

The staff is hit or miss. Lately it's been a total miss. Sierra or Ciara, whatever, is by far the rudest bartender I have ever encountered. I stay to myself, I tip her on every drink and food when I occasionally order. I go in often, as I live very near by and EVERY time I see her working I dread going in. There is another, who shall remain nameless for now, I've heard she's having some personal difficulties so I'm hopefull a bit of time will help, but with few people staffed it's hard to land a decent experience here. The food is sub par, often incorrect, cold, and overly salty. If ypu don't go up to the bar to order it's hard to get service and it seems the servers/bartenders are always very overwhelmed and annoyed to be there.

Awesome spot to grab a drink and enjoy some of the many food truck options parked out front. I had some amazing BBQ and it hit the spot. Lots of rustic tools and things on the wall that give it a timeless charm.

Not much to look at & there's a great view of the parking lot. That said, the breakfast is good & gets you on your way (by "on your way", I mean out of Redmond, which is what any normal person will seek to achieve). I highly recommend Country Nook if your travels ever (sadly) take you through Redmond, Oregon.
